个人简介
高晶，博士/博士后，哈尔滨理工大学经济与管理学院，教授/博导，中国教育发展战略学会人才发展专业委员会评审专家，中国智慧工程研究会智能学习专家库入库专家，黑龙江省国资委投资咨询专家，黑龙江省管理科学与工程学会理事，黑龙江省管理学学会理事，黑龙江省东北亚经济技术研究会理事。主要研究方向：管理决策与优化、战略决策与管理、知识管理与协同创新、创新生态系统等。主持国家自然科学基金1项、国家社科基金项目1项、黑龙江省应用技术研究与开发计划项目1项、黑龙江省社会科学基金1项、黑龙江省经济社会发展重点研究课题1项、中国博士后基金1项、黑龙江省博士后资金项目2项；参与国家自然科学基金项目2项，省级科研项目10余项。获黑龙江省社会科学优秀成果二等奖1项、三等奖1项、优秀奖1项。在Journal of Innovation & Knowledge、International Journal of Information Management、Journal of Business Research等SSCI期刊，SCI期刊和CSSCI期刊发表相关论文30余篇。出版教材5部，第三批黑龙江省线上线下混合式一流课程负责人，校级第四批课程思政示范课项目负责人。指导本科生参加省“挑战杯”、“互联网+”、“商业模式创新大赛”等比赛，荣获省级、校级优秀指导教师称号。
